Financial Literacy

Programme: Financial Literacy

Accredited/Non-accredited: Non-accredited

Location: Gauteng

Issue: Our client wanted to educate their blue collar staff on managing their personal finances.  The emphasis was more on introducing the employees to basic education about managing finances and understanding various elements that need to be considered in order to remain financially healthy.  However, the requirement was for a quick but insightful and quality programme to be rolled out, without going through the process of POE evaluations and SETA evaluation processes.

Solution: Idleads was approached to develop customised content for the programme, along with practical tools that the learners could take away and apply in their own lives.  Due to time and availability constraints of learners, the programme was delivered to the 62 learners simultaneously.  They were split into groups and trained at various client sites by our facilitators.  Learners were happy with the new information that they were presented with and they were particularly happy with the practical tools that they could take back and use in future.
