Issue: Our client needed to up-skill their managers operating in the security industry.  The challenge they had was that many of the managers were good at managing work from a technical point of view, but they were lacking in certain areas when it came to managing people.  They also needed to develop a succession plan and identify potential managers for future gaps and requirements.

Solution: We delivered the Generic Management NQF 4 programme in order to meet the client's requirements.  The candidates for the programme were very eager and although they were really challenged in terms of time and work commitments, we were able to successfully deliver the learnership in the desired 12-month time allocation.
