Issue: The client for these projects operates in the aviation industry and they were looking for a provider who could deliver all 3 management programmes as 12-month learnerships within the same year.  They were specifically looking for a BBBEE Level 1 company who was accredited for all 3 programmes, and who had the capacity to deliver all the learnerships simultaneously.

Solution:  We ran the programmes concurrently and successfully delivered the work without compromising quality, cost and timelines.  Our competent facilitators and project co-ordinators continuously ensured that all 3 projects remained on track and that we delivered an excellent service to the client.  The client was kept informed through regular reporting and our Managing Director followed up with regular unannounced visits to the training sessions, as well as ad-hoc meetings with the client.
