That’s why we have created a leadership development network, delivered through our platform, The Leadership Learning Lounge (LX3). It is a dedicated leadership community and learning space that operates as a division of Idleads. The community has a South African base but includes members from various countries within Africa, and beyond.
What is LX3?
LX3 is a private online leadership lounge for busy professionals and entrepreneurs who want ongoing growth, practical tools, and a supportive network without noise or overwhelm.
Think of it as the space where leadership development becomes a weekly habit, not a once-off workshop.
Why we built it
Many leaders attend training, feel inspired… then the workplace pulls them right back into urgency and isolation.
LX3 exists to keep leadership growth alive between training sessions with structure, reflection, and community support you can return to every week.
