The purpose of this course is to help individuals enhance their supervisory skills and levels of service within the Contact Centre industry.

The programme content is set around the following outcomes:

  • Monitoring calls into and out of a Contact Centre
  • Collating types of queries, questions and comments received
  • Streamlining activities of Contact Centre activities
