This programme introduces the team or group leader to various administrative functions that are vital to the role of manager. It looks at the preparation and procedures required in chairing a formal meeting using committee procedure. It also introduces the team or group leader to the preparation and procedures necessary to induct a new team member. In addition, it covers time management in order to enable learners to be efficient team leaders or junior managers in a business workplace.
